Who We Are
We're a single-city operator. That means we know Trenton's sites, neighborhoods and permit offices better than any franchise. When you call Trenton Porta Pros, you talk to someone who's pumped septic tanks on your street. We stock portable toilets on trailers within Trenton so we can deliver faster than companies based in Falls or Lower Makefield. Our warehouse sits centrally, which cuts delivery time down from the industry standard of 24 to 48 hours. That matters when a construction crew shows up Monday and you've got nothing. We answer phones at 7 a.m. A typical residential septic tank is pumped every 3 to 5 years depending on tank size and household size, according to our field experience and what homeowners tell us on service calls. When yours fails on a Friday, we're still in Trenton.

What We Rent
A standard porta potty holds about 60 to 70 gallons. A standard unit measures roughly 44 by 48 inches on the ground and stands about 92 inches tall. We rent deluxe flushable units for events and offices where the basic model doesn't cut it. Construction sites with accessibility rules need ADA accessible porta potties. Per ADA Standards section 213.2, at least 5 percent of single-user portable toilet units in a cluster, and never fewer than one, must be accessible. Roll-off dumpsters come in sizes from 10 yards up to 40 yards. A roll-off delivery needs about 60 feet of straight clearance behind the truck. Restroom trailers suit weddings, festivals and film sets where porta potties won't work. Storage containers handle job-site materials, equipment and tools. We also rent temporary fencing and handwashing stations. Every handwashing station we deploy meets 29 CFR 1910.141(d)(2), which requires soap and towels or a hand drying device. Hand sanitizer alone doesn't satisfy the rule.

How We Work
You call us or submit a quote request. We ask your job dates, location and what you need. For construction work, we ask how many workers you'll have on site. OSHA 1926.51(c)(1) sets toilet facility ratios by crew size: one facility for 20 workers or fewer, then one toilet seat and one urinal per 40 workers from 20 up, rising to one of each per 50 workers at 200 or more. We size your order to match those rules. We deliver the unit or trailer, set it where you specify, and handle all servicing. Service intervals depend on use. Once we've quoted your job, we lock the price in writing. Most customers in Trenton rent by the week or month because that's what a typical job runs. We also handle emergency porta potty rentals. A grease interceptor is pumped when fats, oils, grease and solids reach 25 percent of the liquid depth. When you're unsure, call us and we'll walk you through the math.

Frequently asked questions
What do you charge?
We price by rental duration and unit type. Porta potty rental cost depends on whether you rent by the day, weekend, week or month, and whether you need a standard unit or a deluxe model. Monthly porta potty rentals cost more per day than weekly ones because of delivery logistics. Restroom trailer rental cost is higher because trailers need more setup and breakdown labor. Dumpster rental cost scales with size and how long you hold it. Call or request a quote and we'll give you exact numbers for your job.
Do you service Ewing or Falls?
Yes. Ewing is 3.6 miles northwest of Trenton. Falls is 5.1 miles south. We also service Lower Makefield, Bensalem and Abington. If you're unsure whether your address is in our service area, contact us and we'll confirm.
How fast can you deliver?
Same-day delivery happens on jobs called in before 10 a.m. on weekdays. Next-day delivery is the standard. We keep stock in Trenton so we don't wait for trucks from out of state. A roll-off dumpster needs about 60 feet of clear approach space, so we'll confirm access before we dispatch.
Can you handle OSHA compliance?
Yes. We size toilet facilities to OSHA 1926.51(c)(1) and we rent ADA units where the law requires them. Tell us your crew count and site type and we'll spec the right setup. Most construction crews in Trenton don't know the rules. That's what we're here for.
What's your cancellation policy?
Full refund if you cancel more than 7 days before delivery. Cancellations within 7 days forfeit the rental fee but not the delivery charge. If weather forces us to reschedule, we don't charge you twice.
